Direct billing is available for most insurance providers. Please note your insurance provider name when booking online and a form will be sent to you in order to set this up for you.

If you’ve made an error and booked the wrong appointment type, please reach out ASAP so it can be corrected. You will be charged for the appointment type you have booked as the time has been set aside for you.
